We went to Panajachel for the day, Crossroads Cafe is always at the top of the list of places to go. Once I got home and was grinding this freshly roasted coffee. I could not get over the smell, it was SOOO yummy, then it started to brew. I thought to myself if only I could have a scratch n sniff blog everyone would know the wonderful smell this coffee had.
